What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, traveler’s checks and cash.What is your cancellation policy?
Please call 24 hours in advance for all cancellations. All cancellations are subject to a 15% service fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of a tour or for no-shows.When do you fly?
Typically, we fly from sunrise to sunset. However, our pilots are fully licensed to fly around-the-clock and we do offer sunset and after dark tours.Our pilot determines the suitability of the weather one hour before all scheduled flights and up until takeoff. If the pilot determines we should not fly, we will gladly reschedule your tour at your earliest convenience or fully refund your money.
How do I schedule a flight?
You can book a tour online, in person, or over the phone (619) 757-6419. We recommend calling or online.Are there any age restrictions?
All ages are welcome.The elderly should consult with a doctor before flying or use their own discretion.
Can people with physical challenges fly with you?
Of course! Please let us know when you book your tour if we can assist with any special accommodations. We will do anything to reasonably accommodate all requests.Please consult your physician to determine if a sky tour could irritate your existing health conditions.
What is the largest group size that can fly together?
Our airplane is fully capable of carrying our pilot plus 5 adults. If your party size exceeds our occupancy limits, we will be happy to reserve consecutive tours (some weight restrictions may apply).How long do the tours last?
The Downtown Fly-Around flight time is approximately 20 - 25 minThe SoCal Classic flight time is approximately 30 - 35 min
The North County Medley flight time is approximately 30 - 35 min
The County Flyer flight time is approximately 60 - 70 min
How long should I expect to be at the airport?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and expect to be finished 10 minutes after landing.What kind of weather can we fly in?
Although San Diego is known for its endless sunshine, we do occassionaly experience inclimate weather (i.e. clounds, high winds) that may prevent us from flying. Should that occur we will notify you as soon as it is determined that we cannot fly.Can we fly a different route?
We can fly any route within 25 miles of our departure point. Please ask about our custom tours at the time of your reservation. All custom tours are subject to FAA restrictions.
